Jess and Michelle were delighted to attend an event and cheque presentation recently at Market Hall recently hosted by Livewell Foundation Livewell Southwest and The Rank Foundation to celebrate grant giving to reduce loneliness and social isolation in the Plymouth area. The Hearts Together Team had such a lovely day meeting the team from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Keep Me Close Appeals Team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust (UHP). We were all celebrating a fantastic new partnership working with KMC fund supporting the NICU ward to provide home from home accommodation at our Hospital Hotel for parents and families caring for premature or very poorly babies in the NICU.
