Hearts Together "More than just a place to stay" Hearts Together provides accommodation and wrap-around support for patients, carers and relatives when they or a loved one or baby are receiving treatment at a local medical facility or Hospital. We provide this care and compassion at Hearts Together Hospital Hotel in Plymouth, Located just a 10-minute walk away from Derriford Hospital. We offer a home-away-from-home, providing practical, financial, and emotional support services to help those dealing with complex challenges such as end-of-life care and emergency or life-changing illnesses. Our aim is to help alleviate the burdens that arise from staying away from home so that our guests can focus their energy on getting better themselves or caring for their loved ones. Hearts Together is not merely a place to stay; it serves as a lifeline that offers support extending beyond accommodation, ensuring families and individuals feel cared for and held, both before, throughout, and after their stay. Recognising the unpredictability of health-related stays, we address our guests' needs with flexibility and understanding, developing our support services to meet the changing and individual needs of our guests, this includes prioritising flexibility in our booking procedures, accommodating changes or anticipating the need for extended stays. All of our additional support services are created to help alleviate the worries and stresses faced when staying away from home, from simple aspects such as parking, transport, and laundry to crucial elements like food services and mental health support. With continued care even after families return home via our remote counselling offering. Originally operating as HeartSWell South West and HeartSWell Lodge CIC, the organisations merged in 2019 to form Hearts Together CIO. How do I find out more?
