Hearts Together Christmas Raffle Terms and Conditions for 2023:

  1. Hearts Together Lottery and raffles are licensed by Plymouth City Council Small Society Lotteries under Section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005.

  2. Each entry into the Hearts Together Christmas Raffle costs £2.

  3. You have the option to purchase more than one ticket, with a maximum limit of £50 worth of tickets per person.

  4. To participate, payment must be made in advance of the raffle draw date. Any payments received after this date will be treated as donations.

  5. The raffle is open to all residents of Great Britain who are 18 years of age or older.

  6. Tickets cannot be sold to, on behalf of, or for individuals under the age of 18. We reserve the right to conduct age verification checks. If a ticket is inadvertently sold to, on behalf of, or for someone under 18, they will be disqualified from the raffle, forfeiting both their prize and stake.

  7. The Christmas Raffle draw is scheduled for Friday, December 18, 2023.

  8. The proceeds from this raffle will support the direct services of Hearts Together, a registered charity 1183181.

  9. Participation in this raffle can be done by purchasing tickets online at www.heartstogether.org.uk or in person with cash or a cheque at Hearts Together Hospital Hotel, Derriford, Plymouth, Blunts Lane, PL6 8BE. Cheques to be made out to Hearts Together 

  10. Online entries will receive their ticket numbers via email, while physical entries will be provided with a physical raffle ticket. All entries are logged in a database alongside their respective ticket numbers.

  11. Raffle tickets become eligible for the draw once full payment is received.

  12. Hearts Together holds no responsibility for any technical failures or events that may lead to the competition's postponement or rescheduling.

  13. Winning raffle tickets will be randomly selected using a randomized number generator. A public record displaying the winning numbers and their corresponding prizes is generated after each drawing, ensuring the fairness and impartiality of the draw. You can verify your participation at Randompicker.com after the draw. No personal information is stored by the generator. 

  14. Prizes will be awarded in the order of the ticket numbers drawn, from the 1st prize down to the last one. Detailed prize information is forthcoming (TBC).

  15. The results of the raffle draw are considered final.

  16. In cases where Hearts Together is unable to contact a prize winner, resulting in an unclaimed prize for six months, the prize will be treated as a donation or re-auctioned in other lotteries or raffles organized by Hearts Together.

  17. All winners may be asked to provide proof of age when requested.

  18. Non-compliance with any of these rules may lead to entry disqualification at the discretion of Hearts Together.
