I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the incredible experience I had during my seven-week stay at Hearts Together Hospital Hotel whilst undergoing radiotherapy at Derriford Hospital.

From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

Firstly, I would like to say that the level of service provided by the kind staff was exceptional. They were always polite, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every request I had, no matter how big or small, was handled with efficiency and professionalism. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. It was evident that every detail was taken care of to ensure my utmost comfort during this difficult time. The decor, bedding, and amenities were of the highest quality, and the room boasted an incredible view (partly due to the deer family often in close residence) that left me breathless.

Finally, In conclusion, I am so grateful for everything that the Hearts Together team did to make my stay truly unforgettable, despite the reason for my stay! I have stayed in many hotels before - but my experience at Hearts Together Hospital Hotel truly stands out as one of the best, if not the best. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone I know, and although I hope I won't need you again if I do, I would be delighted to return in the future.
