The community defibrillator located outside of St Marys and All Saints church hall in Plymstock was used to save a life when a customer in the local pub had a sudden cardiac arrest.

Local knowledge and awareness that the defibrillator was sited close by, enabled quick access to the device and combined with CPR, a willing and able bystander was able to save the customer's life.

Defibrillators help to create heart-safe communities and save lives.
